But Battlefield 6 is striving to change that.

Building On Earlier Mistakes

"This whole method has been a fresh take but additionally very exciting because we are working with team members from around the globe."

Concerning the pressure on the developers, Fas states: "We feel stress but additionally it's exciting.

"It's a large venture. It's arguably the biggest that the majority of the team have previously been involved in."

New Developer Brings New Perspective

That's absolutely true of at least one team member, lighting artist Vlad.

The 21-year-old produces the lighting elements that shape the mood, style, and narrative of the single-player campaign.

The artist finished an internship at the studio before getting a position at the company, and currently is employed part-time while finishing his visual effects studies at his school.

Vlad explains he's a dedicated enthusiast of the Battlefield series, and remembers enjoying the fourth instalment of the franchise at a friend's house when he was in his youth.

To be on it currently, as his initial industry job, "is hard to believe as real."

"It's very crazy observing the advertising all around," he shares.

"Realizing that I've put my own thing into the project is truly surreal."

Debut Predictions and Ongoing Strategies
